** Additional Service Fees

At TED Luxury Rides, we are committed to delivering a seamless, luxurious travel experience tailored to your needs. To maintain the highest level of service, the following additional fees may apply:

  • Early & Late Pickup Fee:
    A $30 service fee applies to all pickups scheduled before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.

  • Last-Minute Booking Fee:
    For airport transfer requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a $35 rush fee will be added.

  • Waiting Time Charges:
     We provide a complimentary 30-minute waiting period. Beyond this, a fee of $25 per 30-minute increment applies for additional waiting time.

  • Multi-Stop Enhancement Fee:
     For trips requiring additional stops, an enhancement fee starting at $25 ensures seamless coordination and premium service. Please share details of all stops when booking for accurate scheduling and pricing.

  • Holiday Prestige Service Fee:
    A prestige fee starting at $25 applies on select peak travel dates to ensure priority scheduling and guaranteed availability. These dates include:

    • Thanksgiving Travel Window: From the day before Thanksgiving through the Monday after the holiday.

    • Christmas & New Year’s Holiday Window: December 23 – January 3

    • Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

Service Recognition: Tips & Gratuities

TED Luxury Rides values transparency. While tips are never required, many clients choose to show appreciation for exceptional service.
If you’d like to include a gratuity, simply notify us before your ride — the amount will be added to your final invoice.
